Considering the current situation, now is the time to review your estate plan & medical emergency plan. We are open and actively assisting clients; reviewing and updating key medical and financial decisions in preparation for this emergency.
McCunn Law PC remains open to assist in current litigation. The courts in each county have specific standing orders in place regarding active cases. We are actively addressing client’s domestic violence protection, family law, support, custody, estate, probate and incapacity issues. The courts may be slow in responding, but our office remains ready to act despite the current circumstances.
