Drummond T. McCunn is the Principal Partner of our firm and received his Juris Doctor with honors from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. At McGeorge, Drummond received the Witkin award in negotiations and intellectual property; he also worked in the Family Law Clinic before working as a law clerk in a family law practice. While growing McCunn Law, Drummond graduated with honors with an LLM in Tax Laws at Golden Gate University with a focus on business tax, estate tax and probate.
Drummond recently obtained certificates in Collaborative Divorce and Mediation. Drummond is currently working at obtaining his certificate of specialization in family law and probate. His undergraduate degrees are in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering from Duke University. He previously worked in Silicon Valley at Hewlett Packard and Cisco Systems as a manager of executive consulting teams for 12 years. Drummond enjoys the financial, business and tax side of planning for clients.

Legal Delivery Methods We Offer
Representation
An attorney stands as a representative between you and both the court and the opposing party or counsel. The attorney and their staff will handle your paperwork and negotiations.
Mediation
A trained mediator will assist you and your partner in privately resolving your conflict. The mediator serves as a neutral facilitator of both conflict resolution and necessary court required procedure.
Collaboration
Both parties have their own mediator who can have an attorney client confidential conversation. The attorneys collaborate towards mediating a resolution.
Coaching
You represent yourself and will produce your own paperwork and negotiate your own settlement, but with the assistance of a ‘legal’ coach.
